TOP 4 TIPS FOR SETTING UP YOUR HOME STUDIO
Whether you have a whole room or just a mat-sized space, here are our top tips for setting up your home studio space.
1. Create Your Home
You don’t need a dedicated home gym space to be able to get your heart rate going. Try to create a space that’s about 6 feet by 4 feet - enough for you to comfortably lay out a mat, with room to stretch and extend from all directions.
2. Tuck It Away With Storage
You don’t need expensive and bulky equipment to get your workouts in at home. Consider using a decorative basket or storage system to easily tuck away your mat, resistance bands, and other small equipment when you’re not using them.
3. Set The Scene
Load up on plants, diffusers, candles, inspiring artwork, or anything else that will help you feel focused and motivated going into your workout. We are all influenced by our environment, so creating a space that you’ll want to spend time in will set you up for success.
4. Curate Your Playlist
Great music can completely change your mindset going into a workout. Create different playlists for different moods, different days, or different types of workouts. Or, just use ours!
