  • All classes are booked through Momence. New customers can create an account here, returning customers can log in here. You can book a class by logging in to your account, or by browsing the schedule here. Class booking is available up to two weeks in advance.

  • You can cancel a class by logging in to your Momence account and clicking the ‘My Classes’ tab on your dashboard. Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We do not accept cancellations via email or Instagram.

  • To ensure the safety of you and other guests, please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes before class to ensure you are adequately educated on our equipment and space. Please note: we have a strict no entry policy 5 minutes after class commences.

    REFORMER CLASSES: We kindly request that all guests arrive 15 minutes early for their first reformer class to be properly fit for their machine and educated on set up. First time guests who have not yet been fitted for their machine will not be permitted entrance after the class start time.

  • All humans are welcome to join classes at the Begin or Introduction levels. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, these classes are designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to move with grace and ease both on and off the mat.

    ALL Reformer: All guests are required to complete at least one class at the Begin level before booking an ALL Reformer - Elevate level class.

  • All you need to bring to class is yourself and a water bottle. Mats, towels, tools & props are all provided.

  • Your comfort is the priority. We kindly request that clothing is free of buckles, zippers, or other hardware that may damage the equipment. Shoes are not permitted in the studio. For safety reasons, approved* grip socks must be worn for all Reformer classes.

    *Approved brands for grip socks include: ALL Studio, Core Community, Lagree, Aritzia, Alo.

  • All guests must be at least 16 years of age.

  • There is limited 1 hour free street parking along Railway St, the South side of Alexander St, and along Jackson Ave. There is also paid street parking on the North side of Alexander St.

  • To access the building, buzz ‘ALL STUDIO’ at the front entrance. The studio is located in unit 150, on the first floor. Please check in with our Experience Concierge upon arrival.

  • We have four individual restrooms (including one wheelchair accessible restroom) with showers, towels, and bath products. Our amenities rooms are designed for ALL Humans and are gender neutral.

  • Lost and found items are held in studio for one week. Items that are not retrieved after one week will be donated to a local charity.

  • If you are wondering when you might be ready to try an Elevate class, here are some things to consider:

    • Are you able to comfortably move through both a neutral and imprinted position?

    • Are you comfortable with knowing when neutral or imprint is most suitable for you in ensuring stabilization and optimal support in movement?

    • Are you able to balance and/or stand on one foot with ease?

    • Are you able to comfortably sustain abdominal prep work through cervical nod and head float?

    • Do you have an essential understanding of the fundamental movements and foundational exercises?

    For Reformer only:

    • Are you comfortable transitioning on the Reformer? (Getting your hands and feet in and out of the straps, adjusting your springs, box, foot bar and platform extenders, etc).

    •  Do you have a thorough understanding of the different footwork positions?

  • We offer two sizes of machines in our ALL Reformer classes: Extended Carriage and Regular Carriage. Our three Extended Carriages offer priority to humans taller than 5 feet 9 inches or those wishing a little extra space on the carriage. Please note, these can be utilized by ALL humans, we just hold priority for those who need a little extra length.
