Background in movement and instruction: “Fitness became a big part of my life at an early age when I first started competing in various sports. After University, I had an opportunity to work at a gym as a Personal Trainer and fell in love with it. In 2004, I moved to Vancouver and started my career here working as a fitness professional for another company. In 2012 I ventured on my own and created Reign Storm Athletics. Since then I’ve trained and built relationships with people of all fitness levels.

In 2020, I was seeking new ways to help clients connect to their bodies and become more body aware; that’s when I found Pilates with ALL. Since then, my eyes have opened to the incredible benefits Pilates offers from both a structural and performance perspective for all body types and genders. I’ve really loved fusing together my Reign Storm Method with ALL Pilates.”

Biggest transformational moment of the last year: “Moving from Vancouver to Squamish, where “In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect.” - Alice Walker”

Someone who inspires you: “My Lab/Husky pup Kona. She was diagnosed with bone cancer early this year and had to have one of her legs amputated. Watching her resilience and determination has been nothing short of inspiring. Her spirit remains high and she doesn’t let her missing leg stop her from doing any of the things she loves like hiking and swimming. Dogs are amazing creatures and we as humans can learn so much from them.”
