5 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PANCAKES

These are easy, delicious, and packed with protein. Top with your favourite fruit and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1-2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on low until a smooth batter forms. Heat a touch of oil in a medium skillet (we always use coconut oil because it tastes good and a little goes a long way), then pour in about 1/4 cup of the batter at a time. Allow to simmer on medium heat until bubbles begin to form, then gently flip and repeat on the other side.

Top with your favourite berries, nuts, shredded coconut, or Greek yogurt.

Yields 5-8 medium to small sized pancakes.
